民進黨政府執政後，過去力推的「私校法」、「集遊法」、「公投法」修法，決定暫緩推動。民間團體認為，有爭議就應該更積極凝聚共識，但不是放著什麼都不做。
高教工會秘書長陳政亮昨晚表示，私校法修法若方向對，慢慢做沒關係，但若方向是歪的，不管走幾步都是錯的，而這次修法就是走錯方向。他舉例，修法放進公益董事和公益監察人，但是卻有門檻，也就是把學校當成私有產業或公司來理解，這些都不是真正的公共性。
全國教師工會總聯合會理事長張旭政則說，私校法修法即使不能一次到位，政府也應擘畫出明確目標，宣示往私校公益化的方向走。例如：對於公益董事、勞工董事，如果不能一次到位，至少可以在目前初審通過的版本中加入二年後或四年後、六年後的明確做法。
他更說，用沒有共識當藉口要「慢慢來」，更讓民眾懷疑民進黨不是真有心修私校法，而是想以拖待變，讓經營有問題的私校安全下莊。
公督盟執行長張宏林表示，任何法案修法過程，社會多元聲音都會有所討論，政府可召開公聽會多一點辯證。
張宏林舉例，像是「集遊法」修正草案中要不要放入禁制區規定，以國外案例來說，確實有些國家有這樣的制度設計，但也有些國家「連集遊法都沒有」，這些資訊都可透過論證過程納入參考。經濟民主連合召集人賴中強也說，蔡總統二○一二年競選總統時，也曾承諾盡速完成集遊法修法，現在應貫徹當初諾言。
至於民進黨政府因「公投法」修正草案中涉及領土變更部分，可能有激化兩岸關係疑慮決定暫緩推動修法。張宏林認為，有爭議部分可擱置，但像公投連署與通過門檻調整，這是長期以來的爭議，就可先通過修正。

金馬影帝張涵予在林超賢執導的《湄公河行動》中飾演緝毒隊長，近日接受陸媒《網易娛樂》專訪，表示自《集結號》奪影帝後，曾有１年半時間相當抑鬱，走不出角色，包括此次演《湄公河》，還提到在吳宇森的《追捕》都有大量動作戲，壓力不小，讓他打趣「每拍一部，就死一次」。
憑信念豁出去
向來對動作戲不擅長的他，在《湄公河》吃足苦頭，該片遠赴泰國、雲南當地取景，近40度的高溫讓他吃不消。他印象深刻是片中有一個大山洞，從頭走到尾走完要花２個多小時，還要爬100多階樓梯，讓他的腿直發抖。他還說自己沒受過近身格鬥訓練，但憑著一股信念，覺得若沒這樣拚命，電影就不會好看。
張涵予在微博上發文，感慨為《湄公河》豁出去，貢獻好幾個「第１次」，包括「第１次在異國他鄉玩命，第１次從頭打到尾，第１次揹著20多公斤的裝備追警犬，現在又要第１次寫文章了。」

上海黃金交易所理事長焦瑾璞昨 (17) 日在新加坡出席活動時表示，上海金交所將與國外交易所合作，授權境外交易所在中國境外基於人民幣基準定價開發衍生產品。
香港《文匯報》引述焦瑾璞表示，首個合作協議將在下周同杜拜黃金商品交易所 (Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange) 簽署，希望未來能有更多合作。另外，有一些交易所也在接洽滬金交所，他說，合作對大家來說是雙贏，並特別希望為拉美和非洲提供更多合作機會。
據焦瑾璞介紹，目前上海金集中定價機制共有 12 家定價成員和 6 家提供參考價成員，具有清晰明確的規定，且整個過程公開透明，可經審計和回溯。
